Terms of use for this site and the software are not drafted yet. Rather than publish borrowed boilerplate, this page says what is true today.

This website

The site is information only. There is nothing to buy, nothing to sign up to and nothing to sign in to here. Prices for the paid editions on the pricing page are to be announced; billing is not live.

The software

Kodela is proprietary and all rights reserved; see the licence page. The code is shared with pilot teams on request, and the terms of each pilot are agreed with that team directly.

Support and availability

There is no support contract and no service-level agreement. Kodela runs on your host, so its availability is yours to decide; there is no hosted service to be available.
